Callum Royal, an enigmatic young man who is protective about Ella, is one of our favorite characters. We also see the various types of villains, such as the one that kills an innocent child. The story is filled with emotions and twists along the way.
The book's storyline is very well-paced and packed with action. However, the characters are very likable. The cliffhanger at the end was quite a surprise.
